A working conversation—not a proposal

You built the businesses. Make them visible.

NorthStar Portable Buildings and NBLA already do the difficult work in the physical world. InteleMax builds the digital system that helps the right people find it, understand it, trust it and take the next step.

What we saw

Two good businesses. Two different digital jobs.

The answer is not a prettier brochure. Each business needs an experience built around how its customers actually decide.

01 · Manufacturer + dealer network

NorthStar Portable Buildings

Tell the manufacturer’s story, make every dealer locally discoverable and connect buyers directly to real inventory and a real person.

  • Corporate story and product confidence
  • Individual dealer websites and Google visibility
  • ZIP-based routing and live ShedSuite inventory
  • One view of calls, quotes and territory demand
See the working dealer concept
02 · Auto transport

NBLA

Turn regulated operating authority and real equipment into buyer confidence—then create simple paths for customers, dealerships and drivers to respond.

  • Verified identity, authority and service coverage
  • Vehicle-shipping quote pathway
  • Dealer, auction and commercial account pathway
  • Driver recruiting and reputation development

Start with the dealer page

A listing tells buyers where. A website gives them a reason to call.

NorthStar already has the addresses, phone numbers and inventory connections. The missing piece is a useful local destination for every dealer.

The current dealer listing
  1. 1 Name, address and telephone number
  2. 2 Email address and map link
  3. 3 Customer leaves to learn anything else

The NorthStar experience stops precisely where the local buying decision begins.

A real dealer website
  1. 1 Live inventory for that location
  2. 2 Local phone, directions, delivery and proof
  3. 3 A clear path to call, text or request a quote

The customer stays inside NorthStar’s network until a dealer can continue the conversation.

Local search surrenderedCompetitor pages answer city-level searches.
Trust delayedThe buyer cannot see who will help them.
Dealer value hiddenLocal experience and reputation remain invisible.
Demand unmeasuredThe network cannot see which paths produce calls.

The proposition—in working form

Start with one dealer. Then repeat it fourteen times.

This Kerrville example uses NorthStar’s real public address, telephone number and live ShedSuite inventory connection.

Practical first. Human second.

The page earns the click. The dealer earns the trust.

Inventory, price, delivery and financing answer the immediate questions. Then the dealer’s real experience, reputation and local roots give the buyer a reason to call this location instead of another one.

Why this matters now

Competitors answer the questions NorthStar leaves open.

Tools without a clear proposition

  • Product images and navigation buttons
  • Inventory, designer and financing links
  • Dealer recruiting form

The visitor is not told why NorthStar is different, who stands behind the buildings, what buying looks like or why this dealer deserves the call.

What stronger competitors do

Promise, proof and next action

  • Eagle Ridge: “Built Right. Delivered Right.” plus warranty, process and reviews
  • Lone Star: Texas-owned identity plus inventory and a 3D designer
  • Tiny Hive: local-neighbor positioning plus a reason to visit the lot

They make the decision easier before the buyer ever reaches a price sheet.

The cost of saying too little When NorthStar does not define the comparison, the competitor does.

That means local searches can lead elsewhere, dealer credibility stays hidden, the product is reduced to price and financing, and NorthStar loses visibility into demand its own network helped create.

Preliminary public-web sample, checked September 8, 2026. It is not yet a complete 20-mile competitor census. A production scan would geocode each competing location, calculate exact radius overlap and monitor changes by dealer territory.

The current public network

Every location becomes somewhere to arrive.

Search the current public dealer roster. In the complete platform, each result would lead to a locally branded, inventory-connected experience.

14 locations

Dealer names, locations and phone numbers are drawn from NorthStar’s public dealer locator. ZIP results use public geographic data and are approximate. Production information would be confirmed with NorthStar.

A second business—an entirely different decision

People do not hand over a vehicle because a carrier exists.

They do it when the company feels legitimate, capable and reachable. NBLA’s digital job is to turn operating facts into confidence—and confidence into a quote, account or driver conversation.

Troy, Texas · Nationwide transport

Your vehicle has somewhere to be.

A clear digital experience explains who is moving it, how the process works and what happens next—before asking the customer for the keys.

Individual customer“Move my vehicle.”Simple quote · expectations · direct contact
Dealer or auction“Move vehicles repeatedly.”Account inquiry · lanes · capacity · response
Driver“I want to work with you.”Requirements · equipment · application
The difference matters.

NorthStar needs a connected local dealer network. NBLA needs authority, trust and sharply separated conversion paths. The technology can be shared; the customer story cannot.

What InteleMax actually does

We do not begin with pages.
We begin with the business.

We study how customers find, compare, trust and choose. Then we connect websites, search, content, video, inventory and measurement into one useful operating system.

01

Investigate

We examine the market, competitors, customer questions and the assets already inside the business.

02

Clarify

We turn what the business knows into a proposition a customer can understand and believe.

03

Build

We create the website, local pages, content, video and response paths as one connected experience.

04

Learn

We measure what produces calls and inquiries, then improve the system from actual behavior.

Why this direction

Built from observed buyer and dealer behavior.

The concept reflects industry evidence: local search starts the journey, inventory helps buyers decide, delivery defines the practical market, and conversations still close the sale.

The next step

The next conversation is about the business—not software.

NorthStar and NBLA have already built real operating capacity. If this direction is useful, the next step is to learn which customers matter most, how leads are handled today and where digital demand would create the greatest value first.
